Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes

Peanut butter, banana and honey sandwiches are flawless.

Some prefer PB&J (eh hem, Chris) but I would much rather have crunchy peanut butter paired with sweet honey and banana squished between two pieces of grainy, toasted bread.

Or, in a pancake! This might be my favorite pancake combo yet.

A large cup of Ghirardelli’s chocolate coffee is the perfect compliment.

Which gives me a genius idea…

Chocolate, peanut butter, banana pancakes anyone?!

Please add chocolate chips to these. It will be delicious.

The little bits of crunch from the peanuts with the moist banana and sweet syrup is perfect for a late Saturday morning breakfast with your pals.
