great food blog, I needed some ideas on mint pesto as I’m about the finish off the mint plant before the winter, this one I think will work great (with the flat leaf too). Not sure where you all got your talent at such early age, but hope you can keep it up.

I love the idea of a mint pesto! A good alternative to the mint jelly, which kind of weirds me out
