We went backpacking a few weekends ago. My pack was bigger than I am and I was exhausted by the end of it.
Chris pushed me out of my comfort zone with this adventure and I thanked him. While it was a little rough climbing at that altitude with no cardio training, I don’t regret it. Thank goodness for barre classes that build up my muscles!

I’m pretty sure that I have one ounce of Irish blood. After recipe testing and inhaling slices of this Irish Cream French Toast for breakfast, dinner and maybe a snack in between, I probably have twice as much Irish blood running through my veins. Probably a little bit more, after that Irish Coffee I just had to pair with the French toast…but don’t worry it was when I had it for dinner and not breakfast.
Chris hates coffee, but he will take a quick shot of espresso in one gulp to get a boost. I think the fancy new coffee machine by parents got me for my birthday is wearing him down, bit by bit. Soon, I’ll have him sipping a whole cup slowly on Saturday mornings with me.
