The Best Caramel Corn

by Chrissy

I would like to introduce the pretty girl behind today’s guest post, my new sister in-law who is also named Lauren. True story.

Disclaimer: this Caramel Corn is truly the BEST of its kind. Some people blame the “holiday season” for gaining a few  pounds, but I proudly owe it all to this stuff. Savory Parmesan Crusted Pumpkin Biscuits w/ Spicy Coffee Butter

2. Getting a good char on the outside. If they were little corn pieces, they would fall right through the Read more...

Spinach & Mushroom (w/ Asparagus) Quiche and the Quick Cuisinart Crust

by Chrissy

At the Morris household, quiches are the go-to holiday, brunch, and random family gathering weekend meal. Quiches are never purchased, but always built from the bottom up (crust and all). Needless to say, my mom can practically make these in her sleep. She probably does, come to think of it. Normally we do a Quiche Lorraine–which is the classic bacon, onion and swiss cheese combination–in addition to a vegetable quiche. The vegetable quiche combinations usually consist of the Read more...
