My childhood pal and best friend, Kristin, got married this weekend. I didn’t think I’d cry because for some reason I have trouble shedding a tear in general, but when she came down the aisle I definitely did.
She looked beautiful, in love, and I’m so incredibly happy for them!
The bachelorette party was sooo much fun! I decorated champagne glasses using iridescent decals, glitter, and mod podge.
These were so simple and would be great for any bridal shower or bachelorette party!
I taped off the stem of the glass, brushed with mod podge, sprinkled with glitter, and let dry. I then gently added another coat of mod podge (using my finger) over the glitter and let dry.
I wrapped them all up, put them in a box, and traveled 3,000 miles to Virginia without one breaking!
The bride requested something similar to these delectable white chocolate dipped Oreos, which were a HUGE hit at the wedding.
When I got to VA, my mom and I dyed white chocolate to make it aqua chocolate, then dipped and drizzled to add these and yogurt covered pretzels drizzled with aqua chocolate to the dessert bar.
They matched the evening’s color theme perfectly!
We did a little bit of sightseeing on our way out of town, and after a whirlwind of wedding bliss, I was back in good ‘ol San Diego!
