Strawberry Lemon Waffles

I forgot to mention a small detail regarding my trip to Virginia for my friend’s wedding.

I took a little spill…down some stairs. It caused a cankle and an enlarged knee. Whoops.

Carrot & Cran Oat-Bran Mini Muffins

I love mini muffins. I love them for a few reasons:

1. They are so darn cute
2. They are go much further when serving crowds
