Egg Salad & Prosciutto Sandwich

A meal of eggs and prosciutto is nothing new. Think of your favorite breakfast omelet. Or possibly a breakfast sandwich, complete with a fried egg atop a crispy bed of prosciutto. Yum, yum, yum.
