Mushroom, Kale & Parmesan Bread Pudding

Holiday meals with the family are a great excuse for carbs. Carbs and eggs – just do it.

The complicated thing about this dish is that I’m not sure if it should be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Conclusion: all of them.
