Broccoli and cheese reminds me of childhood. I bet that’s because I probably wouldn’t eat my broccoli without some a ton of cheese melted over top.

I don’t know which is the lesser evil: shoveling in raw whole almonds as a “small” snack until you realized you’ve gone through your week’s supply in less than 5 minutes… orrrr taking a jar of homemade almond butter, foregoing the apple slices, and guzzling it down by the spoonful.

Tuna salad is a great thing to prepare ahead of time for meals or snacks through the week.

It can be put in a sandwich, thrown on a salad, scooped up with celery sticks or piled on toast and topped with melted cheese.
